Lead by fully qualified coaches, children are given the opportunity to improve confidence and self belief. All sessions are delivered in a safe and friendly environment allowing children to develop and meet their full potential in sport.

What To Bring

- Suitable sports kit/PE kit (specific for the sport) and appropriate footwear

- Shorts or leggings for gymnastics (not tracksuit bottoms)

- Water bottle

- Small snack (optional. NO NUTS)

- Sun hat and sun cream (warm weather)

- Extra warm layers (cold weather)

- Waterproof clothing (wet weather)
